Certification: We require personal trainers to have a recognized certification from a reputable organization, such as the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), American Council on Exercise (ACE), or the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
CPR and First Aid Certification: Personal trainers should be certified in CPR and first aid to ensure they can respond effectively in case of emergencies during training sessions.
Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with specific training techniques, nutrition, or special populations (e.g., seniors, athletes, or individuals with disabilities) can be beneficial and may be required for certain positions.
Strong Communication Skills: Personal trainers must be able to effectively communicate with clients, understand their goals, and provide clear instructions and feedback.
Physical Fitness: Our personal trainers should maintain a high level of personal fitness and demonstrate the exercises and techniques they teach.
Assess Client Fitness Levels: Conduct initial fitness assessments to determine clients' current fitness levels and establish baseline measurements.

Stay Updated on Fitness Trends: Continuously educate oneself on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and research to provide the best service to clients.
As a personal trainer, you have the flexibility to set your own rates for sessions, allowing you to tailor your pricing to reflect your expertise and the value you provide to clients. While you have the freedom to charge what you believe is fair, it's important to note that our organization retains a 30% commission from your earnings. This structure not only incentivizes you to attract and retain clients but also ensures that you benefit from the support and resources we provide to help you succeed in your training career.
