- Session Cancellation Refunds:
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel a session without penalty.
- Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will not be refunded unless due to a verified emergency.
- Prepaid Packages:
- Refunds for unused sessions in prepaid packages are available within 30 days of purchase.
- A prorated amount for used sessions will be deducted from the refund at the standard single-session rate.
- Administrative fees of 10% may apply to cover processing costs.
- Non-Refundable Services:
- Customized meal plans, fitness programs, and any other non-transferable services are non-refundable once delivered.
- Special Cases:
- Refunds outside of these policies may be granted on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of management.

- It is the client’s responsibility to consult a healthcare provider before starting any fitness regimen.
- Trainer Liability:
- While trainers strive to provide safe and effective guidance, they are not liable for injuries or issues resulting from non-compliance with instructions.
- Baughman Fitness is not responsible for injuries sustained from improper use of equipment.
- Limitations of Liability:
- Baughman Fitness’ total liability, under any circumstance, is limited to the amount paid for services.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Waiver:
- By engaging our services, clients agree to release, waive, and discharge Baughman Fitness and its trainers from all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation.
